We are a well-coordinated fiduciary team in Pratteln and support SMEs from various industries. Our mandates are diverse and often demanding.

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a dedicated personality with experience in the fiduciary sector.

Mandate Manager or Junior Mandate Manager Fiduciary (50–100%)

The position is aimed at both experienced mandate managers and dedicated fiduciary specialists who want to take the next step towards mandate management.

You are already independently managing mandates or want to take the next step in this direction. In both cases, we look forward to getting to know you. For us, the decisive factors are your professional competence, your motivation, and your willingness to take on responsibility.

We are open to different working models. Part-time and full-time workloads are equally welcome.

Your role
Depending on your experience, you will either already be managing your own mandates independently or will be guided step-by-step towards this responsibility. In doing so, you will work closely with your colleagues, contribute your ideas, and continuously develop professionally.

Your tasks

• Independent management of SME mandates
• Maintaining financial and payroll accounting as well as preparing annual financial statements
• Preparing tax returns for natural and legal persons
• Advising our clients on fiduciary and business management issues
• Participation in the further development of processes and services
• If interested, collaboration in auditing is possible

What you bring with you:

• Completed or ongoing training in the fiduciary field (e.g., Federal Diploma of Higher Education in Fiduciary, Federal Diploma of Higher Education in Finance and Accounting, or comparable training)
• Professional experience in the fiduciary sector. Depending on your training and experience, you will join us as a Junior Mandate Manager or as a Mandate Manager.
• Sound knowledge of accounting, payroll, and taxes as well as enjoyment in advising SME clients.
• Digital affinity and proficient use of financial applications (such as PEBE, Bexio, Dr. Tax, Revio)
• Very good user knowledge of Office 365, especially with Excel
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working
• Strong service orientation and communication skills
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing, English skills are an advantage
• You work independently, think proactively, and maintain an overview even with several mandates running in parallel.
