What awaits you:
You advise and support managers and employees in operational People topics
You act in German and French as a trusted People Partner in both French-speaking and German-speaking Switzerland
You manage and process all People processes independently
You support the recruitment and onboarding process in cooperation with the Talent Acquisition Team, including conducting interviews on-site
You identify and develop talents
You support change processes and promote a positive corporate culture
You participate in People projects and contribute your ideas
You analyze HR data and derive suitable measures
What you bring:
You have a commercial basic education and further training as a Personalfachfrau/-mann with federal diploma or a degree with a focus on Human Resources.
You already have professional experience in a similar function and are strong when it comes to building and maintaining relationships.
A pronounced "People Value Creation" attitude, empathy, flexibility, and networked thinking characterize your working style.
You use proven as well as new technologies in a goal-oriented manner (AI, Successfactors, SAP, etc).
In addition, you bring English language skills as well as nationwide mobility.
