This is what your day could look like: 07:30 You start from home. First assignment in your residential region — max. 20 minutes driving. 07:45 Morning routine with Frau M. — personal care, dressing, a short conversation. You have time. No next patient is already ringing. 08:15 Drive to the next client. Window down, radio on. You document briefly via app while you take a break. 08:30 Personal care, dressing — you do what you are trained for. The client's son is at home and thanks you. 09.00–12:00 A few more assignments — the clients look forward to seeing you, because you know each other well. 12:00–16:30 long lunch break — you choose yourself where and how long. No break room, no time clock. 16:30–18:30 Further clients for the evening routine. A day that is too long? With us, you can also work only in the morning or evening.
