For our client, an innovative SME in the region, specializing Operator \- press setter (M/F) For our client, an innovative SME in the region, specializing in the manufacture of high-precision diamond tools, we are looking for, as part of a long-term temporary mission, an Operator \- press setter (M/F) Mission Reporting to the production team, you play an important role in the manufacture of high-precision components, notably through Setting \& Preparation: Setting of the different hot presses by relying on the reading of technical drawings to guarantee the required quality level Assembly: Assembly of molds, meticulous filling and leveling of mixtures Quality Control: Rigorous control of parts coming out of presses and monitoring of tolerances Production Monitoring: Compliance with production rates and deadlines to ensure the fluidity of the line Work Environment: Maintenance of the workstation, equipment and tools according to internal procedures and safety rules Versatility: Execution of ancillary operations such as powder coating painting and support for other workshop tasks as needed Profile Experience: First successful experience in a mechanical production environment. Know-how: Proven manual dexterity and experience in handling fragile or precision parts. Skills: Ability to read technical drawings and basic IT knowledge.
