In the middle of Stettlen (Bern agglomeration), Zentrum Lindengarten has been offering a very attractive and comprehensive range of services for elderly people for well over ten years. With 26 single rooms and 19 spacious apartments, it fulfills the ideal requirements to meet the various needs of the residents competently and professionally in a modern facility. To strengthen our team, we are looking for starting 1 November 2026 or by arrangement Head of Technology & Safety (f, m, d) 70-80% "You are not a fan of chaos, permanent pending tasks and 'we have always done it this way'? Perfect! With us, you ensure that everything works in the background - and at the same time bring order to things." Your tasks: • You keep the technical service running - and also lead it • You ensure that buildings, technology and apartments function • You organize apartment handovers, acceptances and get vacant apartments back into shape • You plan maintenance, repairs and cleaning • You build structures • You work on safety, emergency and work processes and shape them • You are the interface to external partners and to the IT service provider • You organize on-call and standby services What you bring with you: • Technical training (with further training an advantage) • Experience in building operations, maintenance or facility management • You roll up your sleeves, think ahead and do not wait for instructions • IT affinity for co-design and control • Willingness to actively take over topics such as SIBE / occupational safety What we offer you: • A real key role - not just on paper • Lots of creative freedom instead of rigid processes • The chance to organize a system • An environment with meaning and direct connection to people • Short paths to the management and real co-determination In addition to a modern workplace that is easily accessible by public transport, progressive working conditions also await you.
