The Notfallzentrum (NZKJP) ensures the inpatient care of children and adolescents in psychiatric emergencies and severe crises. As the only acute psychiatric facility for children and adolescents in the Canton of Bern and as part of the Universitätsklinik, we work in close cooperation with our competence centers in Biel, Spiez and Burgdorf as well as the Ambulatorium Bern and others. Your tasks You care for and support children and adolescents in emergencies and in challenging life situations You are co-responsible for interdisciplinary case management and work within the treatment team You accompany and support apprentices in everyday professional life and take on the function as a vocational trainer (Berufsbildnerin/Berufsbildner) in the Notfallzentrum You ensure, develop and evaluate a high-quality treatment process Participation in team meetings, interdisciplinary case discussions, family discussions as well as supervisions is part of your tasks You maintain electronic documentation (ORBIS / CUVOS) and seamless service recording (IBI CARE) Your profile You have completed training as a Pflegefachperson HF and ideally bring experience in working with children and adolescents You have experience in a psychiatric environment You have further training as a Berufsbildnerin/Berufsbildner or are willing to complete it You are characterized by high social, professional and methodological competence and you are willing to work constructively with an interdisciplinary team As a responsible personality, you are committed, resilient and flexible and maintain calm and serenity even in hectic moments You bring joy to demanding patient care in a lively operation A self-reliant and careful way of working characterizes you The UPZ The Universitäre Psychiatrische Zentrum Bern (UPZ) is, as a university clinic, the leading competence center for psychiatry and psychotherapy in the capital region.
