Calculator for Prefabricated Concrete Parts

Tasks:

• Review and evaluation of projects in the acquisition phase
• Processing of submissions, creation of offers
• Negotiation with builders, construction management and suppliers
• Support of production and accompaniment of projects up to the final calculation
• Processing, calculation and definition of processes for BIM projects
• Preparation of technical reports, creation of concepts and construction programs

Your profile:

• You are a civil engineer, construction technician or construction manager with corresponding performance certificate, ideally you have already worked as a calculator
• Organizational talent and a strongly pronounced entrepreneurial thinking and acting characterize your independent way of working
• You optimize and manage projects and work processes efficiently and are motivated to lead project-related teams
• Communicative strengths as well as the ability to approach problem situations proactively, calmly and in a solution-oriented manner make you a competent representative of our company
• You are IT-affine and ideally experienced with Abacus, CAD or similar and Office 365
