FINMA is responsible for the supervision of the Swiss financial market. It protects creditors, investors, and policyholders, and ensures the proper functioning of the financial markets. In doing so, it contributes to improving the reputation, competitiveness, and viability of the Swiss financial center. It is to fulfill this mission that more than 800 competent and motivated employees commit themselves every day.

Within the Insurance division, we are looking for

Main tasks

• Autonomous processing and follow-up of requests for supplementary documentation from insurance intermediaries in German and French
• Handling and processing technical and administrative requests by writing and by telephone
• Collaboration with supervision groups as well as with other divisions, in particular with Enforcement
• Participation in the efficient and quality-compliant processing of requests

Required profile

• Completed basic commercial training (CFC), ideally supplemented by a professional maturity
• Initial professional experience in the insurance field is an asset
• Precise and rigorous working method, including in the event of a large volume of cases to process
• Excellent knowledge of German and French (C2 level) as well as a real pleasure in writing emails and written responses in both languages
