We are looking for a reliable and flexible staff member for building management in the See-Gaster region. The deployment takes place on call, averaging around 30%, depending on needs and occupancy of the object. Your tasks Cleaning of general areas (staircase, entrance area, basement, laundry room) Environmental maintenance and simple maintenance work Inspection of properties and reporting of malfunctions Support with apartment handovers and special cleanings as needed Your profile Experience in cleaning or building management is an advantage Independent, careful and reliable way of working Flexible deployment, also at short notice Good German language skills We offer Flexible deployments Independent work Fair compensation according to GAV Reinigung Workplace See-Gaster region (SG) Driver's license category B is an advantage
