Technician at 50% - Maison des quartiers de Thônex

Assist the animation team by autonomously performing various maintenance tasks related to the center's lighting equipment: preparation, setup, and maintenance of material.
Organize and maintain the inventory and the equipment usage schedule.
Take initiative and responsibility, knowing how to follow directives inherent to different events.
Interest in local cultural life and the development of associative life.
Ensure the follow-up of technical work carried out by other service providers.
Organize the preparation and setup of rooms.
Take charge of the control, storage, maintenance, and routine repairs of the furniture and equipment of the venue.
Ensure the technical information and training of the venue's collaborators and any person authorized to use its equipment.
Organize the maintenance and follow-up of vehicle inspections.
Apply current safety standards: the technician must notably use the appropriate safety equipment provided by the venue.
Execute the various tasks, errands, transport, handling, and administrative/office work specific to the function.
Ensure the management of a budget and/or a cash register depending on the projects.
Participate in the structure's projects.

A CFC or training deemed equivalent corresponding to the function.
Ability to work autonomously in collaboration with the animation team.
Ease of contact with different partners and the population.
Organizational and planning skills, while knowing how to manage priorities and emergencies.
Ability to use standard computer software and to write simple memos.

Flexibility in hours, depending on needs and the activity program (activities in the evening and on weekends).
Salary according to the Geneva State salary scale, maximum class 10
