Mason, Foreman, possibly Building Policeman (High-Rise Construction)

For a family-friendly and successful construction company with around 20 employees, we are looking for an independent mason, foreman or building policeman for varied high-rise construction projects. Your tasks Independent management and organization of construction sites Leadership of a team of 3 to 4 employees Collaboration on new buildings of single-family homes as well as on renovation projects Execution of all masonry work in high-rise and low-rise construction Work preparation, material organization and coordination on the construction site Ensuring quality as well as adherence to deadlines and safety regulations Your profile Completed apprenticeship as a mason EFZ, construction practitioner or comparable training Further training as a foreman or building policeman is an advantage Several years of construction site and leadership experience in Switzerland are mandatory Driver's license category B is mandatory Good German language skills in word and writing for construction site reports and work papers Physically fit and resilient Independent, responsible and team-oriented way of working The offer Very family-friendly and personal work environment Small, manageable construction sites with short decision-making paths Independent work with a lot of scope for action No piecework - all work is carried out with the own team
