Do you combine entrepreneurial spirit, sense of service, and operational excellence in a complex and demanding international multiservice environment? As a multiservice operations manager at ISS, you supervise teams, coordinate cleaning, reception, mailroom, logistics, and technical concierge services, and directly support the client. You guarantee quality, cost control, and customer satisfaction. ### What awaits you * Coordinate the daily services of cleaning, reception, mailroom, logistics, and technical concierge at the client site * Organize team activities and ensure efficient resource allocation according to operational needs * Supervise, support, and mobilize employees in the execution of their missions * Ensure compliance with procedures, quality standards, as well as safety and hygiene requirements * Monitor the proper execution of services and implement necessary corrective actions * Ensure the operational follow-up of external partners and subcontractors * Be the local point of contact for the client for daily requests and issues * Monitor performance indicators, document activities, and contribute to the establishment of reporting * Participate in the monitoring of costs, hours, and consumption within the defined budget * Identify and propose improvements to optimize the quality, organization, and efficiency of services ### What you bring * Professional or higher education in Facility Management, services, hospitality, building technology, or a comparable field * Proven experience in the coordination of multiservice provisions or in a similar operational function * First successful experience in team management, ideally on a client site * Good knowledge of soft services and interest in technical environments * Developed sense of service, quality, and customer relations * Ability to organize several activities simultaneously and define priorities * Local leadership, team spirit, and ability to mobilize employees with varied profiles * Pragmatic, reactive approach oriented towards finding solutions * Comfort with numbers, performance indicators, and standard IT tools * Excellent command of French and good knowledge of English, German being an advantage ### Ready for us?
