Your tasks ##

• You are responsible for the restoration and maintenance of the buildings and the surroundings (green spaces)
• You are SIBE - Safety Officer and support the BESIBE in the house
• You perform administrative activities in the area of CAFM (Campos)
• You are responsible for the maintenance and repair of all technical systems such as heating, ventilation, high-voltage, and low-voltage installations
• You obtain quotes for maintenance and repair work and perform invoice control
• You check, coordinate, and monitor orders to external service providers and craft companies
• Organizational co-planning of smaller renovation works
• You are responsible for the maintenance of all technical electrical and sanitary systems, the workshop, storage and container rooms, the machine park, vehicles, and cleaning equipment
• You resolve malfunctions, especially in heating, ventilation, high-voltage, and low-voltage installations
• You assist with the smooth organization of moves and apartment handovers
• You set up rooms for events and ensure the necessary technology is available
• Professional and environmentally friendly disposal of all materials arising
• You accompany apprentices during their training
• You create the duty roster for yourself and your employees using the Polypoint software
• Willingness to take on on-call duty in the Bern 1 region

What you bring with you ##

• Completed vocational training in a craft profession with further training as a caretaker with a federal certificate of proficiency or equivalent
• You have completed the vocational trainer course or are willing to complete it
• You do not shy away from physical work and are also willing to take on on-call duties
• Good PC skills required
• With your reliable and exact way of working, you achieve even the highest goals
• You have a good sense for elderly people
• Driver's license category B
