For our client, a modern and established company in the field of metal construction and industrial sheet metal processing, we are looking for an engaged and technically skilled personality as Project Manager / AVOR (m/f/d) 80–100 % per immediately or by arrangement.

You can expect a varied activity at the interface between customers, construction, work preparation, and production.

Your tasks

• Independent technical and organizational support of customer projects
• Planning, coordination, and monitoring of projects from inquiry to delivery
• Technical implementation of sheet metal and welding constructions
• Creation and processing of 2D and 3D CAD drawings
• Development of sheet metal developments and bending data
• Creation of bills of materials, work papers, and manufacturing documents
• NC programming for laser, punching, and CNC bending machines
• Close cooperation with customers, purchasing, AVOR, and production
• Support with calculations, offers, and technical clarifications
• Ensuring timely and high-quality project execution

Your profile

• Completed basic technical training as Anlagen- und Apparatebauer EFZ, Konstrukteur EFZ, Polymechaniker EFZ or comparable training
• Experience in work preparation (AVOR) or project management is an advantage
• Good knowledge in sheet metal processing, metal processing, or industrial manufacturing
• Experience in handling 2D and 3D CAD programs
• Confident reading and understanding of technical drawings
• Knowledge in CNC programming is an advantage
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working
• Good German skills in speaking and writing
• Team player, reliable, and communicative personality
