To strengthen our team in Winterthur, we are looking for a sales-strong and motivated personality as Sales & Recruitment Consultant Technology & Industry 100% (m/f/d) immediately or by arrangement Your tasks: \- Active market development and acquisition of new customers in the Winterthur and Zürcher Oberland region \- Support and further development of existing customer relationships as well as selected key accounts \- Recruitment and placement of qualified specialists in the technical and industrial sectors \- Filling profiles such as polymechanics, automation technicians, CNC mechanics, designers, production specialists, logisticians, metalworkers, or other trained technical professions \- Conducting customer visits, site tours, and needs analyses \- Responsibility for the entire recruitment process - from acquisition to contract conclusion \- Conducting interviews as well as obtaining references \- Creation of professional candidate dossiers \- Building up candidate pools and maintaining a strong regional network \- Use of modern recruiting and sales tools such as Bullhorn, LinkedIn and Active Sourcing Your profile: \- Completed vocational training, ideally with a technical or manual background \- Initial experience in sales, recruiting or customer contact is an advantage \- Career changers from technology, industry or production are expressly welcome \- Enjoyment of sales, networking and customer contact \- Good knowledge of the regional SME landscape is an advantage \- Communicative, motivated and service-oriented personality \- Independent and structured way of working \- Very good German and Swiss German skills \- Driving license category B mandatory   What awaits you: \- Modern office directly at the Winterthur station \- Exciting combination of sales, recruiting and customer consulting \- A lot of personal responsibility and development opportunities \- Attractive bonus system \- Dynamic team with short decision-making paths \- Varied tasks with direct influence on the success of the branch \- Opportunity to build your own network and customer portfolio Interested?
