Construction Manager CSA - Data Center

You lead and coordinate Civil, Structural and Architectural works on a large-scale data center construction project in the Zurich region, ensuring delivery on safety, quality, budget and schedule.

Tasks

• Lead and coordinate execution of all CSA works on a large-scale data center project
• Manage subcontractors, supervisors and site teams
• Drive short-term planning through 2-, 4- and 8-week look-ahead schedules and daily coordination
• Oversee critical interfaces between CSA and MEP disciplines for timely handover
• Monitor construction progress, productivity and resources, identifying risks and recovery actions
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, Swiss regulations, SIA standards, fire protection and HSE requirements

Profile

• 8-10+ years of construction experience with significant site management responsibility
• Proven experience on hyperscale data center, mission-critical or highly complex construction projects
• Strong understanding of CSA and MEP interfaces
• Ability to manage multiple subcontractors, look-ahead schedules and constraint management
• Strong technical understanding of construction drawings, BIM models, specifications and schedules
• Degree or equivalent qualification in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture or related discipline
• Experience with Swiss construction standards (SIA/VKF), Tier-1 contractors and Primavera P6 is an advantage
