Carrosserie Painter (m/f)

Your tasks:

• Independent preparation of vehicles and components for the painting process
• Sanding, filling, priming, and masking
• Determining, mixing, and adjusting color tones
• Professional application of base coat, effect coat, and clear coat
• Performing two- and three-coat lacquerings
• Partial lacquerings, spot repair, and minor paint repairs
• Painting of metal and plastic components
• Quality control and independent rectification of minor painting errors
• Finishing work for a flawless end result
• Careful and economical handling of materials, tools, and machines
• Cooperation with the panel beating department and other team members
• Compliance with safety, quality, and environmental regulations

What you bring with you:

• Completed training as Carrosserielackierer/in EFZ or an equivalent qualification
• Several years of professional experience in the field of vehicle painting
• Sound knowledge in the preparation and painting of vehicles
• Experience in mixing, assessing, and adjusting color tones
• Independent, structured, and efficient way of working
• High quality awareness and a good eye for detail
• Sense of responsibility and careful handling of customer vehicles
• Reliability, ability to work in a team, and a positive attitude
• Driver's license category B

Experience with the PPG paint system is an advantage, but not a requirement.
