For an established company in the automotive sector, we are looking for a committed and strong leadership personality as a Workshop Manager (m/f/d) 100% immediately or by arrangement.

Job description ##

• Organization and coordination of the entire workshop operation
• Advising and supporting customers
• Vehicle reception and delivery
• Performing demanding service and repair work
• Creating fault diagnoses
• Processing and solving technical problem cases
• Tire service

We expect ##

• Completed training as an Automobil-Mechatroniker/in EFZ or Automobil-Fachmann/frau EFZ
• Several years of professional experience in the automotive sector, ideally with initial leadership experience
• Driver's license category B
• Very good German skills in spoken and written
• Knowledge in the area of commercial vehicles/trucks is an advantage
• Certificate as a vocational trainer or the willingness to acquire it
• Good user knowledge in MS Office
• Independent, responsible and entrepreneurial way of working
• High resilience as well as strong team and communication skills
