Team Leadership Night Service The Gesundheitsnetz Küsnacht AG (GNK) with the Alters- and Gesundheitszentren Tägerhalde and Wangensbach with around 130 residents and a day care center, Spitex, Wohnen im Alter and counseling with a total of around 240 employees is a non-profit corporation in full ownership of the municipality of Küsnacht. We are looking for a proactive team leader for the night service team at the Tägerhalde location, who takes over organizational, personnel and technical leadership of the team of around 13 subordinate employees (planning, employee discussions, team meetings, etc.) with pleasure. Your new tasks Ensuring professional care and support for residents in the night service Close cooperation and regular exchange with the direct supervisor and leadership of team meetings Responsibility for smooth interdisciplinary cooperation and all interfaces Enjoyment of active participation in shaping new structures and professional development What do you bring Training as a Dipl.
