The employer is looking for a: Operator for ordinary cleaning and maintenance (reported profession) Tasks: • cleaning of buildings (offices, homes, shops, etc.) • dusting, wiping with a cloth and vacuuming in houses and offices • dusting, cleaning and taking care of the maintenance of furniture • treating or dry cleaning carpets • washing facades, external stairs, using specific machinery such as pressure washers • correctly treating floors and walls, for example glazing, waxing, impregnating, oiling, etc. • replacement of worn and consumable parts, for example cleaning cloths or individual parts of the vacuum cleaner Requirements: • with AFC diploma • correct use of equipment and cleaning methods for floors, walls, bathrooms, showers, windows and facades • respect for safety rules (use of protective gloves or masks) • previous experience of 1 - 3 years • availability to work in shifts • availability to work on weekends and public holidays • good knowledge of Italian • driving license cat.B • with own vehicle Employment details: • workplace Olivone • occupation 30-40% • start of employment by agreement • type of contract permanent • wage according to CCL of the sector
