The Stiftung WABE is a competence center for the support of adults with a disability. We offer 38 residential places, 15 day structure places and 33 sheltered workplaces. For over 30 years, as part of the village community in Wald as a modern, innovative institution, we enable diverse, demand-oriented as well as individual residential and day structure offers and continuously develop them. With heart and professionalism, we commit ourselves sustainably and conscientiously to quality of life, well-being, self-determination and participation. In the centrally located Volkshaus in Wald, 10 rather independent accompanied persons live in 3 differently sized external apartments. The external apartment in Rüti offers space for 4 residents with relatively low care needs. We are looking for a responsible and resilient personality who brings experience in the support and care of people with disabilities. ab the 1. August 2026 we are looking for a Caregiver with professional training 40 - 45 % in the AWG's Your tasks • Care, support of the individual residents in the management of the shared households, in leisure time and in their individual social environment • Every 6-8 weeks 24 hr. telephone on-call duty on the weekend • Responsibility as a reference person as well as independent organization and implementation of development planning • Cooperation in the team (1 caregiver on duty each time), with other business branches, relatives and specialist services • Administration and documentation Your profile • You have joy, interest and social competences in dealing with people with disabilities and you live an appreciative, benevolent interaction • Training as FaBe, social pedagogue or nursing specialist in the field of psychiatry • You are reliable, responsible and tolerant • You show team spirit, flexibility and are characterized by a respectful and at the same time humorous interaction • You qualify through a differentiated perception and readiness for reflection • You are willing to learn and want to develop further • It would be desirable if you could provide driving services Our offer • An exciting, varied task with opportunities to help shape things • A client-centered environment as well as appreciative and human togetherness • Attractive employment conditions and good social benefits, individual further training opportunities A dynamic, professionally competent, not quite everyday and humorous team awaits you!
