Within a human-sized department, you will work on a wide range of legal and regulatory topics related to the daily activities of a private bank, in a collaborative and transversal environment. Responsibilities - Institutional due diligence Management of questionnaires and requests from financial partners Internal coordination for information collection Analysis of legal and regulatory aspects Writing and validation of responses - Succession files Processing of succession files Analysis of legal documents (deeds, certificates, powers of attorney) Coordination with external parties (notaries, representatives, etc.) Monitoring of files until their completion - Legal protection measures Management of situations involving curatorships or protection mandates Analysis of judicial decisions Interaction with authorities and legal representatives Support for internal teams - Governance and structures Legal and administrative monitoring of certain structures (funds, dedicated vehicles) Coordination with external service providers (administrators, auditors, etc.) Preparation of governance documentation (minutes, meetings) - Other missions Writing and review of contracts and legal documentation Support for business teams on various issues Participation in transversal projects Contribution to the evolution of internal procedures Intervention on regulatory topics (FATCA, QI) Your profile • Master's degree in Swiss law (essential) • Bar exam: an asset • Minimum 3 years in a banking environment or specialized firm • Good knowledge of the Swiss regulatory framework • Experience in succession, banking documentation, or governance is an advantage • Knowledge of Swiss banking and financial law • Languages: fluent French, fluent English • Excellent writing skills • Rigor and sense of organization • Analytical and pragmatic spirit • Autonomy and sense of responsibility • Solution-oriented • Relational ease and team spirit What we offer Human-sized environment with strong transversality Exposure to a wide variety of topics Direct interaction with business teams Operational and strategic role #LI-Hybrid
