YOUR TASKS

• You welcome our patients warmly and accompany them from the first call to the follow-up appointment
• You organize consultations and appointments and are the interface to doctors, specialist departments, and external partners
• You maintain patient files, record services, and prepare billing
• You support our doctors with blood collection, ECG, dressing changes, and minor procedures
• You ensure treatment rooms and devices are ready for use and order materials
• You contribute to quality topics, projects, and events and help to further develop our processes

YOUR PROFILE

• You have completed MPA training and have ideally undergone further training
• You bring experience from an acute hospital or a medical practice, ideally also in patient reception and practice administration
• You maintain an overview even in hectic moments and think in a solution-oriented manner
• You work confidently with Windows and Office and have impeccable oral and written German skills
• You have a friendly manner, approach people empathetically, and treat sensitive information discreetly
• You work independently and reliably and are also ready for assignments outside of opening hours, such as during sports events or workshops
