The SELFRAG AG is a worldwide leading company in high-voltage pulse technology. In our new Centro Due facility in Kerzers, we will transform waste into valuable resources from the end of 2026. As part of the circular economy, we recover high-quality metals and minerals from slag and thus make an active contribution to environmental protection. To build our new team, we are looking for an Operations Manager 100% (m/f) in Kerzers (CH) from 1 September 2026 Your main tasks are: Operational management: You are responsible for the industrial 2-3 shift operation of the processing plant and ensure the achievement of production targets. Team leadership: As the direct supervisor of the shift leaders, you promote a performance culture based on safety, quality, and personal responsibility. Process optimization: You continuously analyze production processes and implement measures to increase efficiency and maximize recovery rates. Maintenance planning: You coordinate preventive maintenance and repairs to guarantee maximum plant availability. Quality management: You monitor production volumes and ensure that the output materials meet the highest quality standards. Occupational safety & environment: You are responsible for strictly adhering to safety regulations (SUVA) and environmental requirements and promote risk awareness in the team. Interface function: You act as a central hub between production, logistics, and management and coordinate material flows (delivery/transport). Your profile: Education: You have a technical basic education with further qualification, for example as a technician HF, process specialist or industrial master. Professional experience: You have several years of leadership experience in an industrial production environment, ideally from the fields of recycling, construction materials or heavy industry. Technical know-how: You have in-depth knowledge of the maintenance of mechanical large-scale plants and are experienced in controlling shift models. Leadership personality: As a assertive personality, you are characterized by a high "hands-on" mentality and enthusiasm for forward-looking, sustainable technologies. Values: A pronounced awareness of occupational safety and ecological responsibility is a matter of course for you.
