YOUR TASKS Responsibility for the installation, configuration, and maintenance of high-performance scanner solutions (e.g., Scamax, Opex, IBML) Ensuring stable and smooth operation of the scanning infrastructure Carrying out maintenance, error analysis, and troubleshooting directly on-site at the customer's location Connection and integration of scanner solutions into existing IT systems, networks, and specialist applications Advising customers regarding optimal integration and further development of scanning processes Development, parameterization, and continuous optimization of scanning software and workflows Setup and maintenance of scanning profiles, output formats, and data mappings (e.g., XML) Carrying out software updates, patch management, and ongoing system maintenance Analysis and resolution of disruptions in the entire scanning process as well as coordination with manufacturers Carrying out functional and integration tests as well as ensuring system quality Creation and maintenance of technical documentation as well as system and inventory overviews Identification and implementation of optimization potential within the system landscape YOUR PROFILE Completed training in the IT field (e.g., IT apprenticeship EFZ, IT Supporter) or studies in computer science/systems engineering (HF/FH) or comparable Good knowledge of software development or scripting (e.g., .NET/C\#, PowerShell, or VBScript) Experience in handling XML, SQL databases, as well as Windows environments and network technologies Initial experience in technical support or the operation of hardware solutions, ideally in the scanning or document environment Analytical thinking skills as well as a structured, independent, and solution-oriented way of working High service orientation as well as enjoyment in collaborating with customers and internal interfaces Flexibility and willingness for assignments within Switzerland (driver's license Cat.
