Scientific Collaborator

Part-time (50%) – full-time (100%) scientific collaborators at the Office of Active Measures, Bellinzona Requirements: – academic degree bachelor and master or license or bachelor in social, political or economic sciences – multi-year experience in institutional, administrative contexts or in the field of public policies, preferably in the sectors of the cantonal labor market, the application of federal, cantonal regulations or the coordination between federal or cantonal authorities and social parties – experience in the implementation, monitoring or coordination of measures deriving from public policies or legislative provisions – ability to analyze and synthesize data and information – excellent command of Italian (conversation and writing), excellent ability to write official documents and reports – initiative spirit and solution-oriented approach – good knowledge of German (conversation and writing), for understanding specialized texts and participating in intercantonal exchanges. Knowledge of French (conversation) is a preferential title Tasks: – analyze the needs of the Regional Placement Offices (URC) and different target groups, monitoring the evolution of the labor market and emerging professional needs – evaluate the adequacy and effectiveness of the labor market measures (PML) offer, contributing to the analysis of data, indicators and results – propose, design, develop and update labor market measures in line with the strategic guidelines of SECO SPC 2030 and the federal and cantonal regulatory framework – elaborate reports, analyses, technical documentation and decision-making bases to support management and decision-making processes – collaborate with URC, benefit providers, cantonal and federal authorities and other institutional partners involved – participate in cantonal, intercantonal and federal working groups, representing the Office in areas of competence – promote the exchange of good practices, knowledge and experiences in the field of labor market measures and professional reintegration policies
