Quality Animator (M/F)

Your mission On behalf of a prestigious watch manufacturer based in Geneva, we are recruiting a Quality Animator (M/F) to strengthen the existing teams. Your mission Attached to the Quality department, you play a central role in the deployment and monitoring of quality standards within a production sector. A true field reference, you actively contribute to the mastery of aesthetic and technical criteria for watch components. Your responsibilities - Ensure the rigorous application of quality standards and requirements within your perimeter. - Ensure the consistency of control methods and guarantee the harmonization of practices. - Make the link between production teams and the quality service in case of deviation or non-conformity. - Conduct workstation audits and check compliance with established procedures. - Participate in the validation of aesthetic criteria for parts and their evolution. - Lead regular quality meetings and establish weekly reports. - Accompany, train and support controllers and collaborators in the sector to maintain a high level of requirement. - Contribute to continuous improvement approaches and propose concrete optimization actions. Your profile Your profile - Diploma in the watchmaking field - Confirmed experience (minimum 3 years) in quality control in the watchmaking sector. - Excellent mastery of aesthetic control and quality tools. - Very good reading of technical plans and good visual acuity. - Ease with usual computer tools. - Experience in training, support or team animation is an asset.
