Vocational Inspector, 80% The Amt für Berufsbildung, Mittel- und Hochschulen is a service center in the areas of vocational training, vocational counseling as well as secondary and higher education institutions. The Abteilung Berufslehren is responsible for the supervisory oversight of all apprenticeship relationships in the Canton Solothurn and carries out the qualification procedures together with the chief experts. For the Abteilung Berufslehren, we are looking for a Vocational Inspector, 80%, starting on or after agreement at the Solothurn location. Your responsibility You advise and accompany apprenticeship contract parties. You take on supervisory functions in the training companies and inter-company courses to promote training quality as well as compliance with legal provisions. In the qualification procedure, you support the examination leader. You work closely with organizations of the working world and specialist committees. Participation in working groups and projects as well as speaker activities at events round off the job profile. Your profile You have a basic vocational education supplemented by a degree at the tertiary level (professional examination, higher professional examination, or higher vocational college). You have several years of qualified professional experience and sound practical experience in the training of apprentices. You are proficient in negotiation, have a strong service orientation as well as social competence and can deal with the concerns of various stakeholder groups.
