What you achieve ##

• You work in an agile team and drive the expansion of our central solutions in the area of digital customer advice, quoting, or CRM for our field force organization, brokers, and customers
• You determine, structure, and prioritize requirements from customers as well as internal stakeholders and develop the corresponding user stories, epics, and concepts
• You work closely with the Product Owners and form the interface to the sales organization
• Through regular testing within the framework of agile processes, you ensure the quality of implementation
• You find the sweet spot between customer wishes, internal interests, technical feasibility, and innovation
• Through sparring and coaching with other team colleagues in an interdisciplinary team, you promote internal knowledge building and agility
• You work collaboratively and cross-functionally

What you bring ##

• Degree or higher education in business administration, business informatics, or informatics
• At least five years of professional experience in business engineering or business analysis / requirements engineering in an agile environment
• Knowledge of the financial industry as well as modern web applications
• You communicate convincingly, show initiative, are solution-oriented, and have an independent and structured way of working
• Change processes and learning new skills motivate you and give you pleasure
• You speak fluent German and have good English skills, French skills are an advantage
