Your tasks • Overall responsibility RAI-NH • Initiating the MDS observation phase and assessments • Training on proper documentation and support for assessments • Holistic care and nursing of residents in the sense of the mission statement and the nursing process • Performing treatment nursing activities • Planning and accompanying doctor's visits • Documentation of nursing • Taking on tasks as a contact person • Controlling the nursing process • Leading case discussions Your profile • Completed training as a dipl.
