On behalf of our client, we are looking for a temporary mission for a Maintenance Technician (m/f) • Temporary contract from August 1st to October 31st, 2026 - Your mission Main activities: • Planning: carrying out scheduled preventive maintenance operations. • Diagnosis: identifying and treating first and second level failures. • Troubleshooting: performing common repairs in multi-technical fields. • Surveillance: carrying out regular technical tours of buildings. • Monitoring: ensuring continuous control of technical facilities. • Versatility: carrying out locksmithing, sanitary, carpentry and second-work tasks. • Electricity: carrying out simple authorized electrical interventions. • Optimization: participating in the continuous improvement of all facilities. • Report: ensuring rigorous traceability of all your interventions. • Order: maintaining technical premises in conformity, cleanliness and order. Specific activities: • Service providers: accompanying external companies mandated on the site. • Control: checking the quality of interventions carried out by service providers. • Logistics: actively participating in technical projects and relocations. • Availability: participating in on-call duties according to the specific needs of the service. • Safety: participating in institutional exercises and emergency plans. Required technical skills • Experience in the construction industry: mastery of second-work tasks (locksmithing, sanitation, carpentry). • Experience in the electrical industry: certification or ability to perform simple electrical interventions. • Experience in building maintenance: proven skills in multi-technical preventive and curative maintenance. • Ability to analyze and solve level 1 and 2 failures. • Ability to supervise and control external technical service providers. Your profile • Education: holder of a CFC agent exploitation certificate, sanitary installer, heating fitter, automation technician, electrician, or equivalent title. • Experience: minimum 3 years of experience in technical building maintenance. • Asset: previous experience in an institution, hospitality, real estate, EMS or facility management. • Skills: rigor, autonomy, team spirit and sensitivity to the disability environment.
