A versatile task in the financial field with responsibilities
and leeway awaits you!

You are part of our finance team (4 people, 2.4 full-time positions in total) and, in job-sharing with a colleague, you assume responsibility for central tasks in financial accounting. With your colleagues, you ensure reliable processes. Your field of activity extends from financial and accounts payable accounting to accounts receivable and VAT, up to participation in quarterly and annual closings. You work autonomously, structuredly and with a good sense of detail.

You are responsible for financial accounting, including the general ledger and cash, and take charge of accounts payable tasks, including payments. Accounts receivable, including debt collection, as well as the preparation of the VAT declaration are also part of your activities.

Furthermore, you collaborate on fixed asset accounting, perform general ledger reconciliations and assume administrative tasks. You actively participate in quarterly and annual closings according to the CO and Swiss GAAP FER. In addition, you are responsible for the internal control system.

You have a basic commercial training with several years of professional experience in financial accounting and/or additional training as an accounting manager. Good knowledge of Office365 applications is also part of your profile. Knowledge in the healthcare sector is an advantage, but not an indispensable condition.

You work with precision, autonomously and reliably, and like to confront yourself with new questions. Personal initiative is obvious to you and you like to get involved. At the same time, you appreciate teamwork and collaboration in a personal environment.
