On behalf of one of our partners, we are looking for an Electroplaste (M/F).

Your future responsibilities:

• You will prepare and carry out series changes while guaranteeing process stability.
• You will provide technical support to operators and intervene in the resolution of production problems.
• You will participate in the analysis of malfunctions and the implementation of continuous improvement actions.
• You will train, accompany, and replace operators when necessary.
• You will support the trainer of electroplaste apprentices and contribute to the transmission of professional know-how.

Your profile:

• You hold a CFC in electroplaste.
• You possess excellent mastery of the production equipment and processes related to your field.
• You know the basic problem-solving tools and continuous improvement processes.
• You are comfortable with common IT and office tools.
• You are recognized for your leadership, your methodical spirit, and your ability to unite teams.
• You demonstrate initiative, good interpersonal skills, and appreciate the sharing of knowledge.
• You are solution-oriented, autonomous, and endowed with a strong team spirit.
