Field of activity

Your portfolio to be managed consists mainly of residential properties with a small proportion of commercial properties. You will manage the portfolio professionally from A to Z.

In doing so, you are in regular contact with tenants, owners, and caretakers or tradespeople. Repairs, renovations, and general maintenance work are coordinated and commissioned by you. You also carry out apartment viewings and handovers.

In daily work, you will be supported by a Real Estate Management Clerk and will lead them at a professional level.

Your strengths and experience

You should bring the following qualifications for this position:

• Further training as a Real Estate Manager with a federal diploma (or shortly before completion)
• Several years of professional experience in the management of residential properties
• Structured and well-organized way of working
• Very good German in written and oral form
• Enjoyment of professional exchange and working in a manageable team
