23300 Project Manager For our client, an established company in the banking environment in Zürich, we are looking for an experienced Senior Stream Lead / Senior Project Manager for a long-term initiative in the area of master data, system landscape and process simplification. 23300 Project Manager Job description: Assumption of stream responsibility including planning, control and monitoring of activities Identification, structuring and coordination of spin-offs within a complex system and application landscape Maintenance and ongoing updating of overviews of efforts, dependencies, milestones, risks and stakeholders Development and implementation of strategies for relocating or restructuring functionalities Ensuring cross-functional collaboration with departments, IT teams, portfolios and other stakeholders Active prioritization and coordination of topics in an agile and complex environment Management of risks, dependencies and decision-making needs Creation of reports, presentations and decision-making bases for program management and management Support of program management in overarching activities within the initiative About the customer: In this role, you will take on responsibility for a central stream within a strategic simplification initiative. The focus is on identifying, planning and controlling so-called spin-offs - i.e. functionalities that are currently integrated into existing systems, but are not optimally placed there from a technical or functional perspective. The goal is to analyze these functions cleanly, prioritize them and successfully restructure or spin them off in collaboration with various departments. Requirements: Several years of experience as Senior Project Manager, Stream Lead, Delivery Lead or IT Project Manager Experience in leading complex technical or functional projects, ideally in the banking or financial environment Very good understanding of system architectures, application landscapes, processes and data flows Experience in transformation, simplification, disentanglement, migration or system replacement projects is an advantage Outstanding skills in analysis, prioritization, structuring and dependency management Strong stakeholder management as well as experience in cross-functional coordination of different teams Good knowledge of agile methods as well as practical experience with Jira, Confluence or similar tools In-depth experience in creating and maintaining project plans as well as in evaluating effort estimates Solid knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint Very good German language skills at almost native level English language skills are an advantage Experience in customer management, contract management, master data or Master Data Management is a plus Experience with KI tools in project management is an advantage
