Thanks to your rigor and your sense of contact, you ensure the application of rules while providing information, support, and presence in the field. Your mission is not limited to checking: you actively contribute to security, service quality, and the image of our company.

Do you recognize yourself in the following?

• You have completed your professional training certified with a CFC and benefit from 2 to 5 years of professional experience in direct contact with the public
• You enjoy teamwork and interactions with customers
• You express yourself perfectly in French or German and are able to express yourself in the partner language (knowledge of English is an asset)
• Flexible, you enjoy working irregular hours, including nights, weekends, and public holidays
• You are comfortable using a smartphone and other mobile applications
• Thanks to your calmness and assurance, you defuse potential conflict situations
• Initial experience in the field of public transport represents an asset
