Assembler (m/f/d) / Production Employee (m/f/d) – Medical Technology

About the position For a leading company in the field of medical technology, we are looking for a dedicated Assembler (m/f/d). In this position, you are responsible for the professional assembly and commissioning of instruments and components and make an important contribution to the manufacture of high-quality medical technology products. You work in a regulated production environment and ensure that all quality, safety, and regulatory requirements are met. Your tasks • Assembly and commissioning of instruments and components according to work instructions and production specifications • Carrying out visual and functional tests • Documentation of the work performed according to internal quality guidelines • Ensuring compliance with quality standards as well as regulatory requirements (e.g., ISO 13485 and GMP) • Independent planning, organization, and prioritization of your own tasks within the team • Support in the induction and training of new employees • Active participation in continuous improvement processes (CIP) • Participation in 5S activities as well as the maintenance and order of the workplace • Reporting of deviations, errors, and suggestions for improvement to the responsible departments • Readiness for flexible working hours, Saturday work, and team changes depending on production needs Your profile • Must-have • Completed technical vocational training • Very good German skills in speaking and writing • Good computer and MS Office skills • Experience in dealing with production or MRP systems • Ability to work at a standing workstation • High quality orientation and meticulous way of working • Teamwork skills as well as good communication competence • Reliable, structured, and responsible personality Advantageous • Training as Produktionsmechaniker EFZ, Polymechaniker EFZ, Automatiker EFZ or Automechaniker EFZ • SAP knowledge • Experience in a technical production environment • Basic knowledge of English • Personal competencies • Pronounced service and quality understanding • Flexibility and willingness to learn new things • Entrepreneurial thinking and initiative • Structured and conscientious way of working • High sense of order and cleanliness • Respectful and situation-appropriate communication • Constructive handling of challenges and changes Our offer • Exciting activity in an innovative medical technology environment • Modern production and working conditions • Structured induction • Collegial and supportive team • Opportunity for further development within an international company • Participation in products that make a direct contribution to healthcare
