Your tasks ##

• Deputy branch management
• Support in personnel management and personnel planning of 15 to 35 employees
• Taking on responsibility in the branch and active support on the floor
• Implementation of customer orientation as well as sales standards in the branch
• Merchandise planning and merchandise presentation

Your profile ##

• Several years of professional experience in sales or a comparable industry
• Ideally completed vocational training in retail
• Leadership personality, ideally paired with initial experience
• Team spirit and sense of responsibility
• Communication skills as well as joy in dealing with people
• Commitment, flexibility and resilience
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form
