Vanja, Krenare, Martina and the succession advisory team are continuing their growth - and that is where you come in.
Together, we are specifically developing our succession advisory business in Neuchâtel and French-speaking Switzerland and accompanying our female and male clients in important life and pension matters.
Your mission
Advise our female and male clients in the areas of matrimonial regimes, inheritance law, adult protection as well as in associated legal areas
Independently draft wills, marriage and succession contracts, cohabitation agreements as well as mandates for incapacity
Maintain cooperations with notaries and other external specialists
Collaborate closely with our financial planning specialists
Contribute to the development of our service offerings
Your contribution
Jurist holding a master's degree, bar exam or notary certificate
Experience in advising on matrimonial regimes and inheritance law, succession planning as well as in the settlement of inheritance partitions and the execution of wills, ideally with a financial service provider
Solid knowledge in matters of pension and inheritance law as well as in the field of inheritance and gift taxation
Strong customer orientation with a great sense of negotiation and advice
Availability to travel to the sites of Bienne, Fribourg and Delémont
Excellent command of French and very good knowledge of German
