Job Description For our Digital IT Retail & CRM team, we are looking for our future intern for a duration of 6 months starting from February 2027. During this internship, your main mission will be to contribute to the development and improvement of digital solutions supporting customer relations and user experience. In this framework, you will be responsible for: * Collaborating with the Product Owner, the development teams as well as the CRM and Retail business teams in order to collect and analyze user needs * Participating in the formalization of business needs through the writing of user stories, functional specifications and acceptance criteria * Taking part in discovery workshops, functional acceptance testing phases (UAT) as well as the monitoring of evolutions until their production release * Contributing to the continuous improvement of digital products and participating in strategic CRM projects within an agile environment Qualifications * You hold or are currently obtaining a Bachelor or Master in a field related to digital, information systems, business analysis, management or equivalent * You have a strong interest in digital, technologies and user experience, as well as excellent analysis and synthesis skills * You are comfortable communicating and collaborating with various interlocutors, both business and technical * Curious, proactive and endowed with a good team spirit, any experience in business analysis, CRM, project management or user experience constitutes an asset * You perfectly master French and have a minimum B2 in English Additional Information What we offer: * Coverage of health insurance (basic and supplementary) * 5 annual weeks of vacation and 2 additional weeks between Christmas and New Year thanks to the daily accumulation of additional minutes * A contribution to your sporting or cultural activities * The possibility, depending on the function, to work remotely * A company restaurant * An advantageous LPP Unwilling to express your expertise within Audemars Piguet?
