Job description ### • Ensure quality support to the production workshops in order to guarantee product conformity and customer satisfaction. • Lead and facilitate problem analyses by identifying the root causes of defects. • Ensure the processing and follow-up of internal non-conformities. • Develop and promote the quality culture within the workshops. • Ensure the application of procedures and quality standards and participate actively in continuous improvement. Profile ### • Engineering degree or ES technician degree in the field of quality. • Holder of the TQ2 diploma. • Minimum 5 years of experience in facilitating problem-solving processes. • Ability to work in a team and to unite multidisciplinary groups. • Good mastery of IT tools. • Rigorous, autonomous, organized person with an excellent analytical spirit.
