We are looking for a medical secretary M/F/D to work within a renowned hospital in Genève - 60% schedule negotiable - Interim. Medicine Department

Responsibilities

Your mission

• Ensure quality reception and care of our patients
• Creation, digitization and management of patient files
• Schedule appointments
• Management of telephone calls, processing of emails and faxes
• Correction and layout of medical reports
• Collection of payments for any on-site examinations

Profile

• Certified medical secretary
• Experience in Switzerland mandatory
• Mastery of institutional software (Greco, DPI, DPA, report typing)
• Good proficiency in English would also be desired
• Experience in the field of medical reception/front desk and/or medical secretarial work
• Impeccable spelling and comfortable with medical terminology
• Perfect mastery of standard IT tools
