• 03 July 2026 • 100% • Indefinite duration • Herisau Direction and participation in planning and implementation of external evaluations of primary schools Supervision and consulting in the areas of private education and private schools; handling of requests and coordination of annual interviews Participation in media and IT/digitalization-related projects, in particular in the project « MIASTARS », as well as direction of specific sub-projects Direction of the learning support sector, including the list of learning supports, the learning support network and maintaining contacts Participation in strategic, operational and interdisciplinary issues of the department Bachelor's or master's degree in the field of education Ongoing training in areas such as school management, school quality and education, project/change management as well as media and IT/digitalization, at least at the CAS level Knowledge of school or administrative law Experience in collecting, analyzing and communicating quantitative and qualitative data, for example in the context of school evaluations Analytical and systemic thinking, assured oral and written expression, as well as autonomous, precise and reliable working method Strong service orientation, sense of organization, stress resistance and affinity for IT and digitalization topics A varied and meaningful activity at the heart of primary school Great autonomy and responsibility in a professionally broad range of tasks The opportunity to actively contribute to school quality and educational development in the canton A motivated and collegiate team in an interesting educational environment
