With your differentiated, mindful perception, you recognize the needs of our residents with mental and multiple disabilities. You ensure professional, holistic care and support for our residents during the night. Between 20.00 and 07.00, you lead our team through the night with an appreciative, mindful, and motivating attitude, thereby making an important contribution to the health and well-being of the people entrusted to us.
