You participate in the complete litigation process ranging from payment arrangements, reminders and formal notices as well as lease terminations Your professional experience will allow you to manage the recovery process by means of prosecution and eviction as well as the management of default acts on goods You actively collaborate with the different services of the company and ensure an effective transmission of information Your relational ease favors collaboration with business agents and debtors You participate in the establishment of litigation statistics and reports for our clients and management.
