Perform basic care and ensure the comfort and well-being of patients. Observe the general state of beneficiaries and transmit information to the healthcare team. Promote staying at home while respecting the autonomy and dignity of the people accompanied. Collaborate with the various stakeholders in the healthcare network. Your profile Swiss Red Cross Health Care Assistant certificate or an equivalent title. For foreign diplomas: CRS recognition mandatory. Confirmed experience of a minimum of 2 years in home care. Ability to work autonomously, with rigor and empathy. Excellent interpersonal skills and sense of responsibility. Driver's license and personal vehicle indispensable.
