In this context, we are currently looking for a: Grinder / CNC Turner (M/F) Permanent position | Precision mechanics | Canton of Neuchâtel Are you passionate about precision mechanics and do you appreciate working on technical parts requiring rigor, precision, and know-how? For one of our clients, an industrial company specializing in high-precision mechanics, we are looking for a Grinder / CNC Turner capable of working autonomously on various machining and grinding technologies. Your missions ------------ Within a production workshop, you will ensure the manufacture and finishing of precision mechanical components, notably intervening in the following operations: * Perform surface, double-face, and external grinding operations on precision equipment. * Perform CNC turning operations on hard materials, in compliance with technical requirements. * Ensure the setup, start-up, and production monitoring of different machines. * Read and interpret technical drawings as well as manufacturing specifications. * Perform dimensional and geometric controls of machined parts. * Guarantee compliance with tolerances, quality requirements, and production deadlines. * Participate in the optimization of manufacturing processes and continuous improvement. Your profile ------------ * Holder of a CFC in polymechanic, precision mechanic, or an equivalent deemed training. * Several years of experience in grinding and CNC turning, ideally in a high-precision mechanics environment. * Good mastery of surface, double-face, and external grinding techniques. * Experience in machining hard materials, a real asset. * Excellent knowledge in reading drawings and dimensional control. * Ability to work autonomously, from setup to final control. * Rigorous, methodical, versatile personality with a good team spirit.
