Your mission:
You are the first line of defense when IT problems are burning: reception, processing, and resolution of disturbances in 1st and 2nd level support, ideally with a tendency towards 3rd level support.
You bring order to chaos – whether it is installing and maintaining IT workstations, rollouts of applications, or troubleshooting on-site.
With your commitment, you help our customers to master their daily business without worries.
What defines you:
You are smart, reliable, and exactly the person who moves things forward.
You ensure that IT workstations, printers, and networks function smoothly. You have a handle on Windows 10/11, Windows Server, Microsoft 365, and Active Directory.
You get interfaces and systems running and find creative solutions for complex challenges. Your plus: Teams telephony, PowerShell, or software packaging. Bring it on!
You have an apprenticeship as Informatiker/in EFZ or comparable.
Technical autodidacts who have what it takes and are convincing are also welcome.
Fluent German, solid English, driver's license.
