With zumsy Birgli in Brienz and zumsy Rosenau in Matten bei Interlaken, zumsy ag operates two regionally strongly anchored retirement homes and assisted living services. What you do ###

• Overall operational management of zumsy ag as well as leadership of the members of the executive management
• Introduction and anchoring of the new leadership and organizational structure with the three areas of Nursing and Care, Hotel/Infrastructure, and Central Services
• Strengthening cross-location cooperation and promoting a binding and high-performance leadership culture
• Implementation of the strategic specifications of the Board of Directors and management of central cross-organizational projects
• Responsibility for Central Services with a focus on Finance and Controlling, Human Resources, Administration, Processes, and Digitalization
• Representation of zumsy ag towards authorities, partner organizations, and other stakeholders

What you bring with you ###

• University or technical college degree in a business administration, health-related, social, or comparable field
• Several years of leadership and management experience at the upper management level, preferably in the health or social sector
• Very good business administration and financial technical understanding as well as experience in managing a complex organization
• Proven experience in organizational development, change processes, and the implementation of new leadership and organizational structures
• Experience in working with the Board of Directors, authorities, and other external stakeholders
• Integrative, integral, and resilient leadership personality with decisiveness, motivating and appreciative communication, as well as a high orientation towards implementation
