In order to complete our teams, the CMS of the Fondation Soins Lausanne are looking for, immediately or as agreed, a:

Assistant in community nursing and health night

Your mission

• Provide delegated medico-technical care and basic care in close collaboration with the nurse for high-quality client care
• Contribute actively to the clients' maintenance at home through prevention and health promotion measures while taking individual needs into account with personalized care and by promoting client autonomy
• Participate in the development of the clients' therapeutic project within the interdisciplinary team by collecting and transmitting your observations and proposals
• Participate in development projects and working groups around the continuous improvement of services in the field of home help and care
• Actively collaborate in the activities of interdisciplinary teams with your own role allowing you to value your profession as an ASSC as a full stakeholder in the health system

Your profile and your skills

• CFC as ASSC or title deemed equivalent (foreign diploma recognized by the CRS)
• Experience in the medico-social field and a strong interest in community health
• Ability to collaborate in a network and multidisciplinary manner
• Sense of responsibility and professional ethics
